Human Head Studios may have been working with Nintendo on a project
Nintendo is always cooking up various game ideas. Some of those involve other companies. According to some documents, Human Head Studios was at one time working on something with the Big N. The project remains a mystery and has most likely been called off now. Either that, or Nintendo moved the project to another company.
