Fans claim to find Missingno reference in Pokemon X/Y

The image above comes from the front of Boutique Couture in Lumiose City. That familiar shape in a Pokemon game, seemingly visible for no reason. It's bringing up lots of comparisons to Missingno from the original Pokemon. Could this be a little Easter egg for longtime fans, or is it just a mistake?
