I've seen talking garbage cans before. They thank you for throwing your refuse away into a proper receptacle. Here we see a garbage can that promotes Pokemon X/Y. When you toss in some garbage, the garbage can shouts back 'Pika Pika'! Thanks to Ben for the heads up.
