Perfect for Halloween...
I don't know if this is a Halloween prank or legitmate issue, but one person out there claims that their copy of X/Y is making characters/Pokemon headless and faceless. Check out more nightmare fuel here.
UPDATE - Seems that this poor soul has a 3DS that's on its way out, causing the graphical issues.
