Root Letter series hits 500k sold

Kadokawa Games has announced that their mystery visual novel series Root Letter has hit a new sales milestone. The franchise, across all games and versions, has managed to hit 500k units sold.

The Root Letter series actually started back on the PS4 and PS Vita back in 2016. It wasn’t until 2018 that Nintendo fans would get their first taste of the series with Root Letter: Last Answer, which launched in 2018 in Japan, and 2019 in Europe and North America.

I loved the first game, but the follow-up just didn’t grab me. Here’s hoping they make a new entry in the series.
