Mario Kart Strikers isn't a real game, and Nintendo has apologized for using the butchered title in a Japanese marketing email

In the subject line for a recent Japanese marketing email, Nintendo accidentally referred to the upcoming Mario Strikers: Battle League as “Mario Kart Strikers,” causing confusion amongst its readers. Unfortunately, no such game exists (at least not yet), and the use of the hybrid title was nothing more than a typo. Nintendo has since apologized for the mistake by sending out a follow-up email.
