Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Special Edition pre-orders open once again
Second time's a charm!
Nintendo announced yesterday that they’d once again be opening pre-orders for Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Special Edition following a disastrous first round. Those pre-orders are once again live right now, and you can grab yours here.
Xenoblade Chronicles 3: Special Edition is priced at $90 and includes the following:
- Physical edition of the game
- SteelBook® game case
- Special Edition box featuring art by Masatsugu Saito
- Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Collected Works, a full-color, 250-page hardcover art book

2y agoHave any of you been successful at purchasing this? It seems like a repeat of the last ordeal. I thought Nintendo was putting in additional measures to prevent what happened last time, but that doesn't appear to be the case. 🤷🏾♂️

2y agoSeems to be the same mess as before. I was able to get in at about 1:30pm EST, but the page looked like it did before with 2 item limit. However when I tried to click the pre-order button, the system just hung. My shopping cart had the same message as last round "one item transferred over" but I was unable to check out. Now I'm back in the waiting room... Guess I lost my spot.

2y agoNope, this was also an absolute poop show. I had it in my cart at 12:30pm right when it opened, then I could never access my cart and never checkout. Now I’m in the “waiting room” and have been for 4 hours

2y agoLoaded the page up right away, I got as far as it loading the product page, but never loaded the button to add it to the cart. Been that way for...4ish hours now?
