Man spends over 50 hours building a custom Mario Kart arcade cabinet

You can already play a multitude of Mario Kart games in the comfort of your home thanks to the many releases Nintendo has put out over the years. You can also head to the arcades to play a Mario Kart Arcade title from Nintendo and Bandai Namco. What if those options aren’t good enough for you? Well, you build your own arcade cabinet for home use, of course!
Redditor Biz101782 wanted to play Mario Kart at home but with an arcade feel, so he built a custom arcade cabinet to get the job done. According to Biz, all it took was ‘wood, paint, vinyl wrap, TV, and some creative thoughts.’ Oh, and it also took over 50 hours to put together! At least it’s easy to see that the end result was more than worth it.

1+ y agoThis is nice, fair play to him. But I think the Mario Kart arcade cabinet in the previous story is far nicer.
Also, I notice the wired toy light gun sitting atop the stool on the far left. Those girls(presumably) look very young. I would hope they don't play with it or others, and thus normalising guns to them at such a young age.
