Over the last few months, the Taiwanese ratings board has revealed a number of Switch games in the works long before they’re officially announced, and today brings us yet another example.

According to the Taiwanese ratings board, Super Mega Baseball 4 is going to see release on Switch. This is a particular interesting reveal, because no official details on Super Mega Baseball 4 have been shared. That said, Super Mega Baseball 3 is on the Switch right now, so the follow-up heading our way as well isn’t too hard to believe.

In the Super Mega Baseball franchise, you can up the score in a relaxed slugfest or push the limits of your reflexes in a refined baseball simulator. There’s no doubt the 4th installment will bring the gameplay fans expect with all-new features and tweaks. As soon as official details are shared, we’ll be sure to bring them to you.

Hopefully this is the rumored MLB version of SMB that was rumored when the franchise & its studio was bought by EA right after SMB3 was released in 2021. It was disappointing none of the stuff that the developers talked about being added post launch like home run derby saw the light of day. SMB3 came out then EA bought the rights almost immediately and the game was pretty much dead.
