Patricia Summersett officially announces her return as the voice of Zelda in Tears of the Kingdom
Welcome back, Patricia!
We all knew it by this point, but now it’s official. Patricia Summersett is once again returning to the Legend of Zelda series to voice Zelda, and you’ll hear her work in the upcoming Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.
Summersett has been the voice of Zelda since 2017, working on games like The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and now Tears of the Kingdom.
In honor of the occasion, Summersett has shared a video on Twitter confirming the role reprisal and also sharing some thoughts on the experience as well. You can see the video in its entirety below.

12M agoWow, her speaking voice is quite different from her Zelda voice.

12M agoHer voice acting with Zelda definitely improved in Age of Calamity and she was given the opportunity to have a wider range of emotion and more extensive dialog.
Looking forward to her performance in Tears of the Kingdom.
