We all know that the Switch is getting a bit long in the tooth, and even Nintendo has confirmed that they’ve been toiling away on their next piece of hardware. We’re not quite sure when it’ll launch, but speculation indicates that 2024 wouldn’t be out of the question.

With speculation on Nintendo’s next platform ramping up, many are wondering how much long the Switch will see software support. In the case of Take-Two Interactive, it appears they’ll still be on-board with the system in 2024.

Take-Two CEO Strauss Zelnick recently spoke during an investor call following a financial report, and he was asked if the company will continue supporting Switch in 2024. According to Zelnick, he “thinks” the company will continue releasing Switch titles next year. The use of the word ‘thinks’ doesn’t exactly instill 100% confidence, but we’ll have to take what we can get!

"Thinks". Translation: No until Nintendo has a Xbox Series X/PS5 level machine and they money hat everything. Nevermind GTA flopped on Switch because Grove Street f'd the Trilogy up on all platforms making the Switch version the worst port.
