In yet more proof backing the old adage of time flying when you’re having fun, it’s already been 2 years since Capcom released the Sunbreak expansion for Monster Hunter Rise. Plenty of people have been enjoying the content, as Capcom revealed 2 months back that the DLC has moved more than 8 million units worldwide. That’s a lot of DLC supporters!

In honor of the expansion hitting its two-year anniversary, Capcom has shared a special piece of artwork celebrating Sunbreak. The artwork was shared by Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak director Yoshitake Suzuki, and you can take a detailed look at it above.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak is a massive expansion featuring new monsters, new locales and more. You must own Monster Hunter Rise in order to play this expansion, and you can get a Deluxe digital combo for both on the Switch eShop right now for $70. Please note that Sunbreak content is accessible after completion of the 7-star Hub quest “Serpent Goddess of Thunder”.
