RUMOR: Dataminer discovers 6 more NEOGEO Pocket Color games heading to Switch

As it stands right now, there are 10 different titles in the NEOGEO Pocket Color Selection on Switch. The latest entry in the series is BIOMOTOR UNITRON, and that game’s release has proven rather interesting for dataminers.

Dataminer Durrdevil went poking around the source code of BIOMOTOR UNITRON and found something interesting. Among the various information was mention of 6 more NEOGEO Pocket Color titles that are yet to be released on Switch. While their mention in the source code doesn’t confirm release, it does give considerable hope.

The games discovered are as follows:

  • Baseball Stars Color
  • Ganbare Neo Poke-Kun
  • The King of Fighters: Battle de Paradise
  • Neo Geo Cup ‘98 Plus
  • Pocket Tennis Color
  • Falselei!

This list is extremely interesting for NEOGEO Pocket Color diehards, as Falselei! never made it to North America, and Ganbare Neo Pokekun and The King of Fighters: Battle de Paradise only released in Japan. Having them all available on Switch would be quite a win for retro enthusiasts!

I'll still wait for the second collection though.
Bought all games from the first collection individually, then downloaded the collection and THEN got the Limited Run physical of the collection. N E V E R A G A I N
