Nintendo warns Brazilian retailers of penalty for selling Pokemon X/Y early
Nintendo continues to tell retailers that they're serious about the Pokemon X/Y street date. The above pamphlet warns that if the street date is broken, Nintendo will hold future product shipments until after their release date. Thanks to Andre for the heads up!
