That clickbait title though.

Well, it is IGN! That's just par for the (or shall I say their) course.

I disagree. It's accurate and compelling, which is not what constitutes click bait to me. Click bait generally challenges the reader, and/or is misleading. For example, "you won't believe why Nintendo is going third party" is a substantially click bait type of headline; it challenges the reader's intelligence by telling them something they can't do, and misrepresents a situation.

Say if this headline made it ambiguous which game was being discussed, "the company you love that was saved by a knock off game" sure, that's click bait.

A shame how terrible the games became after FFX, though...
