GoNintendo Thought - Thank you!

It's Thanksgiving Day here in the states. A day where we eat all kinds of food and pass out on the couch. A time-honored tradition to be sure, but I feel that some people forget what we're really supposed to do on this day. It's an opportunity to thank all those in your life that have helped you out along the way. That's why I'm taking a few moments on this Thanksgiving to thank all of you.

For the past 12+ years of my life, GoNintendo has been my sole focus. Getting up news and features for you guys is what I do. Somehow along the way, I was lucky enough to have people drop by and check out what I'm doing. Even more crazy is the fact that people continue to visit to this very day. Between the site, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and our podcast, I am absolutely inundated with people that seem to enjoy what I do.

I want to thank each and every one of you for that support. There's no two ways about it. Without your interest in what I'm doing, my life would be completely different. I have no idea where I would be or what I'd be doing. There's not a single day in my life where I don't recognize that and truly appreciate it. It's my motivation for getting up each morning and putting in the hours I do. The rounds I go through pale in comparison to the dedication you have shown me.

I've shared thank-yous with you guys and gals many times over the years, but it'll never be enough. I would spend all day, every day saying thank you if I could. I do not take your support for granted. To think that this site and my work has somehow found a spot in your lives is one of the most humbling things ever. That support has opened so many doors and given me so many amazing experiences. I can honestly feel myself tearing up while writing about it.

So long story short, thank you in every way possible. Thank you for supporting me along the way and making my LIFE possible. What I do, how I do it and what I've achieved are all thanks to you. I'll forever be in your debt, and I couldn't hope to be forever tied to a more wonderful group of people.
