Merchoid Reveals New Zelda/Mario/Pokemon Christmas Sweaters for Xmas 2017

Merchoid has today revealed three brand new Nintendo themed Christmas sweaters based on Zelda, Mario and Pokemon. Officially licensed by Nintendo, the jumpers/sweaters are 100% knitted and new for Christmas 2017.

Heading up the line up is the Zelda: O Hyrule-y Night Christmas Sweater/Jumper. With a large Hylian crest on the chest, this forest green knitted jumper features an all round design incorporating the Triforce emblem into a traditional Nordic pattern. Merchoid’s Community Manager, Jessica Adams, says “The soft knit will keep you in style and comfort, with a little stretch to forgive a few extra mince pies over the Christmas period.”

The second new addition is the Super Mario Bros: Three Plumbers Leapin’ Christmas Sweater/Jumper. A vibrant candy cane coloured jumper, the sweater features Mario running across the chest and leaping into the air against a snow flake pattern backdrop. Jessica continues “Who hasn’t tried rewriting the lyrics to the Christmas carol “The Twelve Days of Christmas?” We love creating our very own gaming remix of the classic song. Our only dilemma is trying to cram all our favourite gaming characters into just 12 days!!”

The final product joing the range is the Pokémon: Snowballs and Pokéballs Christmas Sweater/Jumper. A classic fair-isle style design with a huge pokéball in the center set against a sleek black and white background. “Our new Pokemon jumper is perfect for Pokemon trainers and masters alike. We know it takes a lot of hard work, strategy and skill to win against your opponents in the battle arena however we’d definitely advise holding back your best Pokemon fighter in order to win the battle for the TV remote on Christmas day.”

Due to overwhelming popularity some of Merchoid’s most popular designs from last year will also be making a welcome return. These include Zelda: ‘A Link to Christmas Past’ Knitted Christmas Jumper/Sweater and Zelda: ‘The Legend of Santa’ Knitted Unisex Christmas Jumper/Sweater.
