Doom is 720p whether docked or in handheld mode

Yesterday we got confirmation on Doom running at 30fps whether you played in docked mode or handheld mode. Today we find out it's the same situation for the game's resolution. You'll be playing in 720p irregardless of the game being docked or in handheld mode. Seems like Doom really is squeezing as much as it can out of the Switch.
