Fans have figured out what exactly inspired the update to Sheik's outfit in Smash Bros. Ultimate. Turns out the design comes from the Sheikah armor that popped up in Zelda: Breath of the Wild. I know that Smash Bros. is known for its tributes to Nintendo's franchises in big and small ways, but seeing stuff like this still impresses me to no end.
