Capcom has more games planned for Switch

We don't know what they are or when they're releasing, but Capcom has confirmed that they've got more Switch titles in the works. This info comes from a Q&A during a Capcom shareholders meeting.

We currently have Monster Hunter XX (Double Cross) Nintendo Switch Ver. available for the Nintendo Switch, and plan to continue developing other titles for this platform in the future.

Thanks to Sligeach_eire for the heads up!

I hope it's not overpriced ports and that they're making new games. And that they sort out what they're doing in Europe, nearly all of their games are digital only here.

Let me guess Puzzle Fighter HD, Ace Attorney HD and We Love Golf HD.

Not that theres anything wrong with Ace Attorney; its just the only thing Capcom consistently puts a lot of on Nintendo systems.

At this point we can assume something Monster Hunter is coming considering they take every possible opportunity to call a port of a 3DS game a hit, and they have also basically just said they will make more Monster Hunter for the system.

Ace Attorney has also been confirmed.

At this point I hope they start considering actually putting the effort into porting RE Engine games (like, I don't know, a real Resident Evil 7 port that I can actually play on the go, the one reason I would want it on Switch), but I would also love to see some sequels to Clover Studio or Capcom Five franchises, Okami especially. Okami HD is still nice though, I am not going to complain about that.

Oh sure you do sure you do. Just make ports of games no one asked for right?

Bleh. I've soured on their efforts.

Imagine how well Mega Man Legends 3 would sell on Switch.

Not gonna lie, if they release ports of RE 4, 5, and the first 2 Dead rising games. I will buy them.

Agreed on ALL of those games.

I just recently had an itch to play RE 4 again, and I'd love to do it on Switch, with HD textures, and with joycons acting like Wiimotes.

Honestly I can't be mad at Capcom right now, Mega Man 11 is looking amazing, and that makes up for so much shit.
