Nintendo grabs more Dr. Mario trademarks
With Dr. Mario World on the way, Nintendo is out to secure a few more Dr. Mario-related trademarks. The Big N has filed for both DR. MARIO WORLD and DR. MARIO trademarks in Japan. The Dr. Mario World trademark pertains to a downloadable video game program including for smartphones, while Dr. Mario relates to providing entertainment (planning of game tournaments etc).
