All of Super Mario Maker 2's build features are unlocked from the start

Super Mario Maker took an interesting approach with its build features, having players unlock items day-by-day. A lot of people found this to be annoying, and used artificial means to speed up the unlocking process. It seems Nintendo heard those complaints with the original, as Super Mario Maker 2 unlocks all of its build goodies on day one. Users will still be able to learn all about these tools through optional lessons and hints.
