We have two bits of info on Pokemon Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon today. Check out the rundown of those tidbits below.

Shiny Tapu Fini

- available to those who participated in the recent 2019 International Challenge May
- obtain the Pokemon after logging into the Global Link
- this is the first time a Shiny Tapu Fini has been available internationally
- comes at Level 60 with the moves Nature's Madness, Muddy Water, Aqua Ring, Hydro Pump
- holds a Misty Seed
- can be redeemed until July 30th

Special Battle Season 16

- Battle Spot Special Battle rules for Season 16 have been revealed
- will run from June 18th through September 2nd
- runs on Sun & Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon, with rankings separate from each other
- only allows Pokémon that haven't ranked in top 30 during Seasons 7 to 15 in Single Battles
- Pokémon Restrictions: No Venusaur, Charizard, Cloyster, Gengar, Kangaskhan, Gyarados, Snorlax, Zapdos, Dragonite, Azumarill, Scizor, Skarmory, Porygon2, Tyranitar, Blaziken, Breloom, Mawile, Salamence, Metagross, Garchomp, Lucario, Hippowdon, Gliscor, Mamoswine, Rotom, Heatran, Serperior, Excadrill, Ferrothorn, Hydreigon, Volcarona, Thundurus, Landorus, Greninja, Aegislash, Toxapex, Mimikyu, Tapu Koko, Tapu Lele, Tapu Fini, Celesteela, Kartana, and Naganadel or Mewtwo, Mew, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Celebi, Kyogre, Groudon, Rayquaza, Jirachi, Deoxys, Dialga, Palkia, Giratina, Phione, Manaphy, Darkrai, Shaymin, Arceus, Victini, Reshiram, Zekrom, Kyurem, Keldeo, Meloetta, Genesect, Xerneas, Yveltal, Zygarde, Diancie, Hoopa, Volcanion, Cosmog, Cosmoem, Solgaleo, Lunala, Necrozma, Magearna, Marshadow, Zeraora, and Ash-Greninja.
- other standard rules apply, including all set to Level 50 if above that
- you choose 1 Pokémon out of your 6, and you cannot have two Pokémon holding the same hold item
- battles have a 10 minute duration, with turns having a 60 second timer
- Pokémon transferred through Pokémon Bank are usable in this ruleset
