Did Nintendo hide a Lizalfos in the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild map?

This may be old news to some of you, but it's new to me! Reddit user Mydden seems to have discovered an interesting Easter egg tucked away on the Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild map. It looks like Nintendo might have snuck in a sneaky Lizalfos reference on the map, through the use of clever shading and topography. I'd say this is definitely a nod to the enemy, but what do you think?
