Killer Queen has been a part of the arcade scene for awhile, but now there's a new kid on the block in Killer Queen Black. Both games provide a similar experience, but there's definitely some major differences between the two. In a USGamer interview with co-designer Nikita Mikros, we learn that the team is quite interested to see what the crossover is between the two versions.

"The thing that I'm super interested in is what does the intersection of communities look like? There are certain arcade players that are super into the idea of Killer Queen Black, and then there are some who will never play it, or they play it once or twice. I'm sure that on the Killer Queen Black side, the vast majority will never play the arcade game. Like, 'Oh, I gotta go all the way to an arcade? Forget it.'"
