Nintendo gives new preorder dates for the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Switch Edition and Carrying Case in Japan

Nintendo originally wanted to have preorders for the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Switch Edition and Carrying Case open by now in Japan, but coronavirus concerns impacted those plans. Nintendo said customers would have to wait for more info on when they could preorder these items, and now the new dates have been shared.
Preorders for the Animal Crossing: New Horizons Switch Edition will open on March 7th, 2020, as will preorders for the Animal Crossing: New Horizons-themed Carrying Case. That doesn't leave much time between preorders and launch, which makes for a very small window of opportunity to lock these items down.
