Video Game Story Time - The Pokémon Mystery Dungeon Glitch That Ruined Everything
When it initially shipped, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team on the DS had a horrifying glitch that destroyed players' Game Boy collections. This bug was so severe that there was a product recall across Japan. All possible copies of Blue Rescue Team were returned to Nintendo and replaced, in order to spare unwitting gamers from the fatal flaw within the game.
