Charlotte Smoothie being added as DLC to One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4
The first of Character Pack 1
A number of different characters are going to make their way to One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 as DLC, and the first one has been revealed. We now know that Charlotte Smoothie is coming to the game, and she'll be added sometime in Summer 2020. Charlotte is part of Character Pack 1, with more characters to be revealed later.
