Dear Reader:
Crysis Remastered seems set for Switch, revealed by Crysis website source code
Earlier this week, the Crysis Twitter account came back to life after quite a hiatus. It looked like it was teasing some sort of new project, but fans weren't sure if it would be a remake or a new installment. Today it seems we have our answer, as well as a confirmation of Switch support.
As you can see in the image above, content has been leaked from the official Crysis website. Not only do we have that image, but a blurb from the site's source code as well. In particular, the site has this to say.
Crysis Remastered brings new graphic features, high-quality textures, and the CRYENGINE's native hardware- and API-agnostic ray tracing solution for PC, PlayStation, Xbox, and – for the very first time – Nintendo Switch.
I don't think you can get anymore clear-cut than that. Also, just to be sure, I went to the official website and checked out the source code myself. The above content is indeed on the site, so I'd say this info is more than trustworthy.
