New details on Animal Crossing: New Horizons' Summer update (wet suits, snorkels, Tanabata festival)
A few more things to look forward to
Nintendo showed off a free Summer content update for Animal Crossing: New Horizons, which will release on July 3rd, 2020. While the trailer and press release detailed a number of things to expect, Nintendo's official Japanese website shared a few more details as well. Check out the info below.
- visit Timmy and Tommy at Nook’s Cranny to get a wet suit for 3,000 Bells
- you can also trade in 800 Nook Miles to get a Nook Inc. wet suit in your mailbox
- expect a letter from Nintendo in your mailbox that includes a snorkel, and revealed colors include red, yellow, and blue
- Tanabata, a Japanese festival, can be celebrated
- the Nook Shopping inventory will get a bamboo wish tree, which will only be available for a limited time
