Check out the regular and Gold Edition cover art for Immortals: Fenyx Rising, plus details on what the Gold Edition includes

$100 for the Gold Edition?!

Immortals: Fenyx Rising is officially up for pre-order, and that gives us the chance to peek at the final cover art for the game.

As you can see, there are two different versions to pick from. Wondering what's included in the Gold Edition? While Ubisoft hasn't shared full details, we do know that version includes the base game, a season pass, and other in-game content. The regular version of the game is priced at $60, while the Gold Edition is $100.

Pre-orders for either version of the game come with a bonus as well. Lock in your purchase and get a bonus quest called 'A Tale of Fire and Lightening.'

I am oddly excited about this game. Seems close to what a modern day open-world Kid Icarus would be, with a little Breath of the Wild thrown in the mix. It would be cool if this game went the Starlink/Star Fox route and added in some Kid Icarus content for the Switch version.

But that gold edition boxart is... no great. In my opinion, the regular one is so much more dynamic.

You just wanted me to get this one a little bit more with the Kid Icarus idea...

Totally with you on adding a Kid Icarus campaign like StarFox

They lost an great opportunity of calling it "God Edition"

I'll do the same thing I do with Assassin's Creed. I'll wait six months and get the Gold Edition for $50

I was starting to get interested in this... not anymore.

Or maybe I'll wait a few months and see what happens to the prices.

yea, it'll definitly go down a ton in price, gold edition for 10 in 2 years?

It's very apt that there's snakes in the Gold Edition cover. $100?! 🐍

Ubisoft are at it again.

Not only is this a huge rip-off of BOTW but it now comes with a steeper price tag?! Get real.
