The QR code above will take you to a special site that lets you view Kid Icarus: Uprising screens in 3D. Of course, you'll have to snap a pic of the QR code via your 3DS.
I'm glad the assets from the canceled "Kid Icarus 64" are finding a use after all! That centurion looks really strange, but overall Kid Icarus Uprising looks really cool.
If only all 3DS game[s] media simply just got shown off via the Nintendo Video and or eShop so they can be seen in their native format from the start...

Looking at this picture, I can't tell if you're joking...
Yes, that thing looks like something out of the 64 era. But you have to remember that a lot of the models in this game are pretty high-quality (the main characters, most monsters, etc.)... something had to slide. If you look at Smash Bros. you'll notice a lot of smaller, largely unimportant things are nowhere near as detailed as the playable characters.
I'm no hardware apologist but where are your heads, people?
Why is there an N64 model photoshopped onto the screens...?
@mock turtle
While what you said was true about Smash Bros. (remember the Pokeball's creatures and some of the Assist Trophies?), it just so happens that the modelling differences are really noticeable, especially with the game's camera system. Not to mention, the game's art direction isn't exactly the most consistent, which makes said contrast(s) more jarring. And to be honest, most of the enemies remind me of the bland Subspace Emissary foes.
It looks even better in 3D.
Wow, that angel soldier's textures look horrible.
Wow, for a moment I thought this was comparing the game to a PS1 game...
That character next to pit looks like it was ripped directly from an N64 game, no exaggeration.
That looks horrible.
Can someone help me please. How do you scan the QR code to view the website? I can't figure it out at all.
It's very hard to scan because of the pale color.
I had to hold my 3DS VERY still and for some time. :/
AND the website is pretty slow

The screen shots from this game look horrid! I hope the actual game blows me away visually.
Eh, the Centurion doesn't look too good
the screens are not flattering, they look terrible
OUCH! Oh man that smarts.... just cut myself on those character model's edges...
Holy N64, Batman!
The rest of the game looks pretty slick, but that soldier's model... gross.
