Club Nintendo - Kirby's Block Ball will give you post-play coins

We appreciate your interest in registering your products and earning Coins at Club Nintendo. I was able to locate the page of our website displaying the image you sent us, and want to let you know that games showing "+0*" still earn Coins. The notation below explains that, "*Post-play surveys (+10) become available one week after download."
These products will not generate an initial Product Registration survey, and will not earn any Coins for registering the product. Coins for one of these games are earned by completing its corresponding Post-play survey, which will appear in your To Do list 7 days after it has been added to your account.
I hope this clears things up. As certain products generate different surveys and earn different Coin amounts, we want to make sure that you're aware of the Club Nintendo benefits before you make purchasing decisions.
