Looking at the thumbnail and I honestly expected something different. Is this the third time in a row that the final boss was just Bowser just bigger? NSMBW did it first then Galaxy 2 3D land and now NSMB2. Nintendo needs to find someway to make the final Bowser fights a little more unique.
(oh and Baby Bowser in Yoshi's Island is kinda the same in concept)
Still waiting for another battle against the Koopa Clown Car with Bowser in it. It'll be even better if a 3D Mario game tries that kind of boss battle.
I'm getting tired of Bowser leaving booby traps that backfire to him. Why not turn it the other way around and make Bowser use the switch.
I don't mind watching it at all since I was never going to play the game in the first place.
At least I know not to get interested since there's no Wario or anything.
Bowser has just gotten bigger before that. Yoshi's Island DS and Super Princess Peach to name a few

It's a 2D Mario game, you can get to Bowser in like 4 hours.
We still don't know what happens (if anything) at the Million Coin mark who knows maybe thats when Wario makes a cameo.
Why must the "New" games have the most annoying soundtracks ever...
This is why I don't want to drop $40 on it or whatever. I know I'll finish it in like 2 days. I can use that money on games that are a bit more interesting & challenging. Got Tales of Symphonia for $24 last month, and I'm 92 solid gameplay hours into it and I'm just now going to face the final boss, and if I wanted to I could work another 20 into it trying to gather all the items and collectibles.
I love Mario but I'll wait to get this adventure.

Well this is a rather short experience...
Also, how many time do we have to fight giant Bowser? Can't he stand on his own without having to be 20 times the sise of Mario anymore? It's a little played out by now... Not to mention, being big doesn't make the battle any more difficult or entertaining.

Considering that the 5 pre-Bowser bosses are Koopa Kids, meaning you don't fight them all before Bowser, I bet you can figure out who two of those are, and it's obvious they aren't tougher than thier dad.
And the final-final boss is another boss we've seen before already in the NSMB series.

RMC spent like the whole first day in World 1. He also thinks you should explore, enjoy the worlds and not move on to the next stage until you get the big coin things in each stage.
Most who played it didn't do that and just plowed through.
Then again, RMC plowed right through Galaxy 2. Had all the Stars in like 3 days. D:

I saw the 2nd thing on GameFAQs and everyone's going on about it being a fake pic.
There's a guy who is being a complete ass about the 1st thing though. Nobody actually has it yet, but he's going on like he knows for sure that it doesn't do anything, and calls everyone who is hoping it does an idiot and a troll. It's obnoxious.
That seemed very uninspired.
@MoldyClay Yeah i know,when i said the other site i'm a member of i meant gamefaqs b.c as i'll call him is clearly trolling yet the mods there aren't doing anything it's sad really im glad the mods here read entire topics and not just one message.
You'll need to play through a couple of times to get EVERYTHING. Still fantastic though.
Don't plan on getting this game, and I was mildly curious. And "Mario fights Bowser at the end" isn't a very big spoiler.

It's not that people don't like Mario games it's the fact that Mario seems to be all we're getting from Nintendo nowadays. Also the fact this game looks like a cash grab and kinda rehashy! I mean look at the graphics, they re-used the same exact music didn't even bother giving it a remix! Also the boss is nearly the same as NSMBW's except this time your going vertical instead of horizontal!
Ihis game just reeks of rushed! People do love Mario but when Nintendo does something fresh and innovative with the series like SM64, the two Galaxies, Sunshine, SMW, and 3D Land.

anyways back on topic,i honestly think from this video this battle looks harder then sm3dland's bowser fight(at least if you weren't using the raccoon tail,imo)
Well, that was disappointing.
Or in other words, the perfect sequel to NSMB DS.
