I never really noticed how 'Sega-y' the Wii U boxes look. It kind of gives off a similar vibe to the blue margin the Mega Drive logo sat in for games like Sonic 3 and Ristar.
Another piece of box art that I really like. I don't mind the yellow. I'm not sure why some people don't like the yellow band... maybe I'm just so excited for Wii U games that it doesn't bother me, or maybe it just doesn't look that bad to me at all.
The box art looks very nice with the light blue logo and box. Too bad theres still that nasty green/yellow line
They look amazing together, It kinda looks like a modern Sega console box case.
@pokemaster515
But the yellow match the yellow of "SONIC"
The Blue fits the Blue here~
@Autosaver
Not really, it has too much of a green tint to match the yellow. But oh well, it won't help much to complain.
Definitely compliments Sonic.

I guess Sega took one look at the Metroid Prime 3 cover and thought "Pfft, only three Samus'? Come on boys, let's show them what overkill looks like."
love it

I like how that cover image is the one Nintendo Power used for it's preview article in the September issue.
The more I see that box design, and the more I see it applied to different box arts, the more I like it.
