GAME Rewards app asks for Nintendo ID

This isn't the first time we've seen mention of the Nintendo ID, but it's great to see GAME hopping on support so quickly. Could this simply be a name similar to what you have on PSN and XBL? Thanks to ibbsters and Maxfor the heads up.

Um, I forget what that was about. Is this about the whole Origin dispute and Nintendo sticking to their ideas.

No, it's about Origin inegration for Wii U, where Origin requires your Nintendo ID among other things like name, age and Mii.
