Wii U firmware update - long power button shuts down system during freeze

Remember how terrible it felt when you had to shut down your Wii U after a freeze by just unplugging the system while still on? Doing that made me cringe every single time. While freezing is still not something you want to happen, we're hearing that the latest update allows you to kill the system during a freeze by holding the power button down for a number of seconds. I hope I never have to test it! Thanks to Dim for the heads up!
