Man, the music is great. The new bonus room tune sounds so much like David Wise's style.. I'm speechless!

(well, of course it sounds like him, as he's the one who composed it, ... :-))

It looks like a lot of fun, but I'm disappointed that the collectables are the same. I was hoping for something more like Donkey Kong Country 2 and 3's, where getting everything meant something besides seeing concept art.

I'm still hoping you can play as just Diddy or Dixie...!

That music is brilliant.

I'm so excited to see the new environments. The concept art for DKCR showed that there's a lot of great ideas that didn't make into that game so hopefully we see some of them in this (that Virtual Boy level would be cool to see).

I think it was announced that you can play as just Diddy or DIxie.

The music is a little boring for my taste and I hate that so many objects have bland textures... like they should use more shaders methinks. But if they don't care, and they focus on the gameplay, I don't care either. (I'm not getting the game [I'm not a DK fan] but if I was, I wouldn't care).

That said, I love how Retro is literally Rare revived, lol. Metroid Prime = Goldeneye 007, DKCR = Original DKCs. Plus they helped in MK7 and did fantastic, which old Rare would've done the same seeing what a stupendous job they did with DKR.

All Retro needs is a fighter (a la Killer Instinct) and a platformer (a la Banjo-Kazooie) and all of Rare's most iconic strides in past Nintendo's systems will be covered on Wii U.
