As you can see above, the form for indie devs looking to work with Nintendo includes a line about not allowing submissions from Japanese devs. Why on earth is Nintendo blocking Japanese indie devs from pairing up with the Big N? We hope Nintendo is working on a submission process that is catered to Japanese indies, but right now the situation is a big question mark.
