IGN - Injustice: Gods Among Us comic series to continue in 2014
Coming from an IGN interview...
- Injustice #36 digital will be the last for 2013
- Injustice print comic will continue until it collects the final three digital chapters in December 2013
- one-shot Injustice Annual #1, currently scheduled for release on November 13
- Writer Tom Taylor will return with new weekly installments of the series in January 2014
- new chapters will pick up right where Chapter 36 left off
"I said early on that we had a definite ending in mind for our story. I knew that the story we were telling in these 36 chapters was essentially the break-up of the World's Finest friendship. When Superman and Batman's relationship became irreparable, that's when our story would end. That tale is told now. However, we have another story to tell in the pages of Injustice, and that story will begin in January 2014." - Tom Taylor
- temporary hiatus is partly intended to allow them to spotlight other upcoming digital projects
