I'm thinking today is going to be a bit more quiet due to the holiday. I'll be here covering news as usual, but I wouldn't expect anything too exciting. Whatever comes in, I'll be posting! See you in a few, short hours.

As we inch closer to E3, every Nintendo fan the world over is dying to see what the Big N is cooking up for their new home console. Just what games does Nintendo have in the works for their next-gen system? How much are they going to show us when E3 kicks off? Will all this waiting be worth it?

For all we know, there could be some secret elements of the system just waiting to be revealed. It's not like Nintendo hasn't done this before. Nintendo is known for playing their cards very close to their chest, and with a new console on the way, you can be sure that there are some details that we don't know just yet.

The thing is, how big will those details be? We are definitely going to hear details about software set for launch window, but what else is there to learn? Could there be elements to the Wii U that we haven't even seen hinted at just yet? Does the hardware hide secrets that the Big N are hoping wow us?

Look back at the Wii's series of announcements. The speaker on the Wiimote was kept a secret for quite some time. Should we expect the same kind of thing from the Wii U? Following E3 floor plans, some people are thinking the controller could use haptic feedback due to a corresponding booth listing. I think that might be wishful thinking, but it does have me wondering if there's a sneaky secret or two about the system.

Are you expecting some sort of secret to be revealed at E3, or are we going to get the expected info? First looks at software and more details on hardware mechanics for sure, but will there be more than that? Leave us a comment and share your thought!
