Dear Reader:
You are viewing
a story from GN Version 4.0.
Time may not have been kind to formatting, integrity of links, images, information, etc.
Game and Wario was originally going to be built-in on Wii U, wasn't a Wario game
- was originally set to be pre-installed onto the Wii U
- wasn't even going to be a WarioWare title
- the Pirates demo from E3 a few years back was part of this project
- the team didn't want to make something overly quirky that wouldn't sit well with consumers
- the team felt they came up with too many ideas for pre-installed software
- when trying to think of a story to contain all these games for retail release, Wario came up
- 240 mini-games to collect via tokens
- Miiverse Artwork gives a selection of four subjects and then you must draw something within a one-minute time limit
- artwork is automatically submitted to the game's community
