Nintendo says The Wonderful 101 isn't a niche game
Coming from an MCV interview...
“It’s not a niche game and so it has the potential to transcend to a wider audience, which I think is an opportunity for both console and the game brand.” - Nintendo UK product manager Danielle Robinson
I don't know about that. I want The Wonderful 101 to be a huge hit for Platinum and Nintendo, but I think Platinum is the king of making niche experiences. I'm just hoping the title can sell as well as Bayonetta. It wasn't a huge success compared to other blockbusters, but it was enough to warrant a sequel!
