A look at the original animation pitch for the Ruby-Spears Mega Man cartoon

This is the pitch that would bring Mega Man to life as a cartoon in North America. As you can see, the original animation pitch featured a design that was much closer to the art style we had seen from Capcom. At some point during the show's creation, a switch was made to a completely different visual style.
