Square-Enix discusses their 'Moomle' localization tool
This information comes from the Square-Enix GDC panel, "Audio Localization Done Right: Simultaneous Scripting and Recording"
- Moomle is a management tool which localization staff uses to manage voice and text data
- Moomle stores the original text and dialogue, complete with change history
- this allows Square-Enix to manage all languages within one location
- the name Moomle, while obviously referencing Moogles, is also similar to the Japanese for "I can't take it anymore" ("Mou, muri!")
