Accusations of Capcom reusing Mega Man Legends 3 assets in Ex Troopers
I've heard accusations like this since the first Ex Troopers trailer came out. I really didn't think this was the case, but then I saw this character comparson.
On the left is an Ex Troopers character...the right is Mega Man Legends 3. That's a pretty strong case right there. I guess the other way of looking at it is, the Mega Man Legends 3 characters never saw the light of day. Technically, they aren't reusing them since the game never came out!
