Darksiders II most likely a launch title for Wii U, no details on Collector's Edition

Vigil has answered a few questions about the upcoming Wii U version of Darksiders II. Here's all they would say for now.

- they are planning to make it a Wii U launch title
- they have no comment on the Collector's Edition
- when asked if they had no comment due to rules set in place by Nintendo, they sidestepped the question
