- Collaboration between Yo-kai Watch and Romance of the Three Kingdoms

- Story is one day Komasa visits Keita's school. One day in the library they find a mysterious book that sends them to a new world where the Yo-kai don armor.

- Jibanyan, Komasan, USApyon available at the start

- Depending on who you choose, the story will be different. Yo-kai will also have different abilities.

- Other Yo-kai that appear in the game: Orochi, Fubuki-hime, Kyubi, Bakuro, Roboyan, Masamune, Honobono

- Linking other Yo-kai games will unlock more Yo-kai. Yo-kai Watch Busters will unlock two Yo-Kai, Yo-kai Watch 2 unlocks three Yo-kai
