Wii U games at retailers before Wii U launch? Activision says no, Ubisoft says yes
You know how GameStop and some other retailers are listing multiple Wii U games for launch prior to the Wii U release? Here's what some publishers had to say about those listings.
- Activision PR says the dates are wrong and that Black Ops II is available on November 18th
Ubisoft had the following to say...
"We have communicated November 18; and we also know that our launch titles may be available prior to that date. But in case something changed, we thought it best to stick with communicating the launch date date. So, on November 13, indeed, Ubisoft titles may be on store shelves."
