When monsters notice you on the field a battle will engage!

You can also get the drop on foes with a surprise attack!

You can either choose to engage in the fight or look for treasure while your monsters do battle.

You can command your monsters to stay with you or to go out and look for enemies.

You are equipped with a dagger which can be used in battle or to break boxes.

You can also use magic to heal yourself in battle.

Your also equipped with a catapult for long range combat. Different types of ammo can produce different effects!

If you and your monsters time your attacks right you can dish out massive damage with a monster medley!

Once charged you can use your dagger to have one of your monsters perform a super attack unique to their species!

As you level up you can unlock equipment spaces on your monsters to give them medals which unlock even more of their abilities.
